Project Director - Offshore Renewables

Ventus is working with a independent offshore transmission asset owner to appoint a Project Director.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Foster a positive and collaborative culture within your project team based on our Company Values

  • Manage the workload distribution within the project team and ensure resources are allocated efficiently

  • Report back to the Project Steering Committee

  • Provide visibility on and recommend funding requirements for the project on a regular basis

  • Manage liaison with governmental as required

  • Provide leadership, direct and manage the project team to deliver project requirements in an accurate, efficient and resourceful manner

  • Ensure adequate resource in place across all key functions

  • Take leadership on the raising of debt and equity finance

  • Achieve financial close

  • Manage interface between our client and all key regulatory stakeholders
